Our Director, who is a member of The Child Protection Practitioners Association of Queensland, last night attended an amazing LENEEN FORDE PUBLIC ADDRESS by Emeritus Professor Dorothy Scott. The public address was titled "Child Protection at the Crossroads - Where to from here?". Former Foundation Chair and Director of the Australian Centre for Child Protection, Professor Scott is a well-known Australian authority in child welfare and protection.

In Safe Hands Educators In Safety applaud the Australian Drug Foundation for their new initiative which provides parents with fantastic advise, support and services to assist parents in talking with their children about alcohol and other drugs.

The Other Talk website is very easy to use and will be a great tool for parents needing to talk openly with their children about these topics.
